"Refund was painless"
I had to return my order and I was kind of dreading it, like I was going to get trapped in one of those endless back-and-forth support loops. But the refund came through quickly, and support replied fast without giving me any weird runaround. Ended up being way easier than I expected.

For me, this has helped with my pain, though it’s not something that kicks in right away. I usually have to give it a little time, but once it starts working, I do notice a difference. I’d say it’s good depending on what you’re using it for.

The packaging isn’t fancy or overdone, but it’s neat and gets the job done. My orders have been consistent each time too, and that’s really the main thing I’m looking for.

"Better value than I expected"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and I expected the low prices to come with some kind of catch, like smaller portions or expensive shipping. But so far, the bigger sizes have actually saved me money, and shipping hasn’t been bad at all. Compared to other sites I checked, the value is solid. I don’t really have any complaints.

"Customer service that actually came through"
I had a little issue with my order, i messaged Kats Botanicals expecting to be tossed into the usual customer service abyss. But they replied quickly, and shockingly, it didn’t feel like some robotic copy-paste nonsense.
They handled everything without turning it into a whole dramatic saga, which I seriously appreciated. It felt like an actual human was on the other end, and that made a huge difference. Solid customer service, and yeah, I’d definitely order again.
